  Just ordered backsplash today I had looked everywhere before going to Architectural and could not find what I wanted with the help of Yuvinka I was able to find several things I liked. Great experience so far.

  The customer service person Ernesto treated us rudely when we tried to return a box of bullnosed tiles. We no longer had any need for these tiles since we changed our plans for the bathroom. Ernesto was not helpful, and he treated my wife with some distrust when she asked him how much we paid for it, and he said "I cannot tell you the price of the item since you are not in the account." We decided to talk to the manager (Roger) and he said the same policy: that tiles from different lots may not have the same color. So he can't accept them. Even if he accepts the tiles, they will just trash them! No support at all from Architectural Ceramics. We received a cheap sealant as a token for being their customer! AC just lost a customer.
