  Best Buy can be a really frustrating and aggravating company to work with. I've attempted to order a new refrigerator from them twice this year. The first one arrived in the wrong color and they blamed me! I tried to show them the email confirmation I had with the correct color but it was no use so I rejected the delivery. For the second delivery, the delivery guys arrived 20 minutes past the end of the delivery window. I was really cool about it, though. But then the head guy measured the doorway into my kitchen and said in bad English, "No fit." What? "It no fit." I finally understood what he meant, measured the doorway and fridge myself, and said it would fit if they push it through. "It no fit!" Then he called someone and put a woman on the phone. She said they didn't want to risk scratching the fridge on the sides of my doorway. I said I would sign a waiver. No, they still wouldn't do it. So then I asked for 10 minutes to remove two 1/4-inch pieces of molding on the sides of the doorway. Then the fridge would fit. They said they couldn't wait any longer. Seriously!?! I waited for that fridge for a month. I didn't say anything about the delivery people being so late. All I wanted was 10 minutes to make my doorway wider. They still wouldn't work with me. So I told them all to go to hell and slammed my door. This was the third appliance I had purchased from Best Buy and each time there were issues. No more. I will never buy anything from them again. They outsource their delivery service to another company and that company is terrible. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that the people who work in the retail stores are very nice and helpful. The pricing is usually very good as well.
