  My my purchase experience was very good, but Bray and Scarff's post-delivery customer commitment was poor. My 5 month old GE Profile refrigerator had 2 major issues that required 4 separate GE service technician visits to my home; and it is not yet fixed. I asked Bray and Scarff to remove the GE and allow me to purchase a KitchenAid refrigerator, but they are deferring to GE to fix the current refrigerator -- which has thus far been a lemon and I do not want to interact with poor GE customer service. For that I rate Bray and Scarff's customer focus commitment as poor.
