  Can you give it no stars? They had a sale because the store was closing down. We purchased a bedroom set. They delivered a broken piece and attempted to fix it. We refused because we bought it new, and wanted it new. They took about THREE WEEKS to a new one and it was in worse condition than the first. When we told them that we wanted a full refund and to simply get rid of the item, they refused. We put a claim on our credit card to stop payment. The saleswoman called me back and threatened to not deliver other pieces we had purchased until we cancelled the credit card claim. Worst customer service ever. They are happy to take your money but they are not responsive when you need to get what you paid for. We also got a corner curio cabinet and they delivered it un-assembled. Two days later ONE man came to assemble it and he needed help from our kids to put it together!! On Labor Day!! The store never closed. Stay away. Your money will be better spent elsewhere.

  THIS PLACE IT THE WORST. I bought a sofa there and was going to take the one in store the next day when i had a truck available. They said I could wait a week for one from the warehouse if I wanted a new one so I said yes. After a week no call. I called them every day for 3 days. One day they said they would call back in 5 minutes and never did. I had to go back to the store to talk to someone. I asked them to deliver it because I no longer had the truck and they said they would on sat. They called 10pm the night before to tell me what time they would be by. They said between 11 and 2. I told them to please make it before 1 because I had a memorial to go to for a friend. He said he would be. I called the store today to see if they were close because i have to leave soon and she said they wont be here till 1:30 which will make me late. When i told her that she got mad at me for making the delivery for today. I did not know that my friend would pass away and his service will be today sorry. Never shop here. You get no answers and they don't care about the customer.

  Absolutely horrible--do not shop here! I bought an entire apartment of furniture and waited over a month to get all items. Receptionists on the phone were condescending when I called to ask for the status of my furniture and NEVER called when they said they would. I was told my furniture was being shipped and had 3 canceled deliveries, which I only knew about because I called to follow up (they never called to tell me the furniture was not being delivered on the specified days promised). The delivery service is terrible- they took 3 hours to assemble a tv console and it looks like an amateur assembled it. My kitchen chairs were put together wrong, too. The majority of furniture I bought does not LOOK bad...yet. But the quality of about half the pieces are on par with IKEA and the shoddy assembly makes everything look cheap. Definitely not the *bargain* you think it is. Look elsewhere!!
