  Just a very poorly run company. After dropping off an Eames chair (one of the arm rests had become detached from the base of the chair) at Gary's shop in early April, I waited 5 months without any contact from Gary. I tried calling a couple of times, but there was no answer and no one followed up. Finally, in LATE AUGUST, Gary dropped my chair off and said it was "fixed." However, after sitting in the chair for less than 15 minutes, the arm broke right off. A clear adhesive was clearly used to reattach the arm to the base, however it was clearly a quick, lazy job as the adhesive didn't even last for 15 minutes. I have tried reaching out since the chair broke, having called and left two voicemail's, but still no response. Find another location if you need furniture repair.
