  Their classes are very repetitive. After 1 month, your kid will lose interest and reluctant to be there. However, there is a 3 months requirement when you sign up. If you want to withdraw before 3 months, there is no way. What's more, you need to cancel 30 days ahead of auto charge date to be avoid of charges. They saved your credit card and you can only choose auto pay. For example, if you wish to cancel 5/1 to 5/31, to avoid a charge on 4/30, you need to email the manager before 3/30 and be sure to get a written reply. They will never refund a penny no matter what circumstance. My friends signed her daughter to the KVU 3 days for 12 weeks and paid almost $2000. Just after signing up, she has a family emergency and need to cancel it. She was denied any refund. Never dream you would get your money back. Be aware and get away from kidville.
