They walked me over to a display of connectors, gestured at the wall, and watched me search through their inventory, without helping, until I determined they only had 14 awg connectors but nothing for the larger diameter wire. I wasn't sure if the exemplar connector I brought was 8 or 6 AWG so even if they didn't have what I needs I was hoping they could help me identify what I needed to order. However they can't tell wire gauge and they said they don't have wire that I could use to size it. So, while I hope there is something they're good at it isn't customer service, electrical connectors, or wire.
