  Convenient location in Rockville Town Square. They validate garage parking. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest staff. Matt the store manager was extremely helpful and made the experience personal. He even gave his cell number to text him with questions or problems with the phone. Highly recommend!

  Samad helped me when I upgraded my cell phone, he was very nice and helpful. The following day I needed more help with the new phone, talk to Matt and he solved all my problems. Also a very nice and helpful person. This is the best team I have ever met at Verizon, and I’ve been a customer since the very beginning! I highly recommend this store and their employees I mentioned, great team!

  After 10 years with AT&T and recently experiencing terrible customer service at 3 stores and the national call center, I decided to change carriers. I presented to this store and was met by very knowledgable staff who provided excellent service. A manager, Matt, discussed many options available to me based on my needs and usage. He definitely made me feel like he was there to help me rather than up sell me or just simply get me out of the store as quick as possible. Most notably he did not try to up sell me, he made sure all of my questions were answered, and really provided a friendly envirnoment which I have found is greatly lacking with most companies these days. He definitely made a great impression for this company. I highly recommend this store and Verizon services.
